It's important for me that you know a little of who I am and what Bambinos and Me aims to achieve, so that you feel completely comfortable at our classes; after all, my aim is to provide friendly, welcoming and nurturing well being classes for the whole family. 

I am a Mum to two beautiful daughters, aged 12 and 16 years and it is them, as well as my experience in teaching and yoga, that led me to developing the Bambinos and Me company. 

I pride myself on being fun, thoughtful and knowledgeable; whilst genuinely caring for all of those who join the Bambinos and Me family.

I am based in Epsom and have a wealth of experience as an Early Years professional, so I bring many concepts and ideas to my classes. I have worked as a Montessori Teacher,  Children's Yoga Teacher, Baby Massage Instructor and Mum & Baby Yoga Teacher, to name but a few related roles. With such a wealth of experience and love of the profession I have more than enough experience and expertise to guarantee high quality, professional and accessible Therapeutic Play Sessions and Parent and Baby 121s.

As a Mum, the Mental Health of our children is a growing concern of mine and so I want to provide the youngest of our children with lifelong tools to support them.  Combining years of experience and qualifications I decided to develop Therapeutic Play Sessions which bring elements of Therapeutic Play, Developmental Play, Nature and Yoga all together; equipping our children with the skills set they need to maintain a healthy mind and well being.
